The company is a professional denim fabric manufacturer and has complete production line systems of spinning, pad dyeing, weaving, post-finishing, mercerizing and coating.
The company is equipped with the world’s latest machinery, such as Germany Spinning Machines, US Morrison Rope Dyeing Production Line System, Belgium Picanol Corporation GAMMA Electronic Multi-arm Rapier Looms, US Morrison Corporation Finishing & Preshrinking Machines and Setting Machines that are imported from America, Switzerland, Italy, Germany and Belgium. Our main products are cotton yarns, indigo yarns, woven denim fabrics and knitted denim fabrics. The annual output of our company is 6,000 tons of cotton yarn, 5,000 tons of indigo yarn, 2,500 tons of knitted denim and 20,000,000 meters of woven denim. Kaiping Shunfeng Textile Group is provided with organic cotton denim fabrics and approved by International authority GOTS.
